SCU e-Statements now available

SCU now gives you the opportunity to stop getting your monthly statement on paper and go electronic instead. It’s convenient, secure and easy and saves on paper and postage.

First, just sign up for our MemberDirect online banking service by calling your SCU branch. We’ll take care of setting everything up so you can view all your accounts and do banking right from home – transfer money between accounts, pay bills, view account history, etc.

Then once that's done, simply call our Member Contact Centre or download the e-Statement Form, print it off, fill it out and either fax, email or drop it off at your SCU branch.

Already signed up for MemberDirect? Then just call our Member Contact Centre or fill out the e-Statement form and get it to your SCU branch.

e-Statement Form

SCU members who hold both single and joint accounts receive multiple account statements each month. To combine and reduce the number of monthly statements you may receive, just complete the SCU Statement Combining Form. You can download a copy by clicking here.

We’ll start making the changes as soon as we receive your request, but it may take more than one statement cycle to be completed. If you have any questions, visit any SCU branch or call us by phone.
