If you are already signed up for SCU Direct® online banking, you can update your statement options online under My Accounts/Statement Preferences, or call us at 1.800.728.6440.
If you are not signed up for SCU Direct online banking, call your branch and we’ll happily get you started. You’ll be able to view all of your accounts, find your monthly statements, and do your banking from the comfort of your own home.
Prefer paper statements? Combine them!
Members who hold both single and joint accounts may receive multiple account statements each month. If you are receiving more than one monthly statement, we may be able to combine them and reduce the number of mailings. Just complete the SCU Statement Combining Form and we’ll start making the changes as soon as we receive your request (though it may take more than one statement cycle for changes to take effect).
