    FAQs for existing cardholders
    I have an existing card. How do I get a new one? 
    Every cardholder will receive a newly designed card once it is expired, or should your card be lost or stolen. 
    Why is my credit card design changing?
    Our provider, Collabria, periodically updates card designs to modernize the look and improve the overall member experience. SCU took this opportunity to further customize our credit card suite and offer a vertical and accessible option for our members. 
    Will my card number or PIN change?
    No. Your card number, PIN, and account details remain the same unless you request a replacement card.
    If I receive a new card, do I need to update my digital wallet?
    In most cases, your digital wallet will update automatically. If not, you may need to remove and re-add the card. 
    Will my rewards or points be affected?
    No. Your rewards program, points balance, and earning structure remain unchanged.
    Does this affect supplementary/authorized user cards?
    Authorized users will also receive the updated design when their cards are reissued (i.e., after expiry or to replace a lost or stolen card).
